Welcome to Creative Temps! By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
1. Introduction
Creative Temps ( "we," "us", "our") is a staffing platform connecting dental professionals with dental offices for temporary shifts. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our services.
2. Services Provided
Creative Temps provides a platform to:
Connect dental professionals with dental offices seeking temporary workers.
Offer a rewards program (" Temp Perks") for both dental professionals and dental offices.
Provide an easy, secure way to post shifts, apply for shifts, and manage profiles.
3.Eligibility
To use our platform, you must be:
A licensed dental professional ( Front desk / Admin, Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, etc.) or
A dental office looking to post temporary shifts for dental professionals.
By using Creative Temps, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of that business.
4. User Responsibilities
Dental Professionals:
You are responsible for ensuring your profiles is accurate and up to date. You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and refrain from any fraudulent activity.
Dental Offices:
You agree to provide accurate shift details, pay professionals promptly, and comply with applicable employment laws.
Both dental offices and dental professionals are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and agree not to share their accounts with others.
5. Payment Terms
Dental offices will be charged a service fee when a shift is successfully filled. This fee is deducted from the total payment made to the dental professional.
The amount charged for a shift, including any applicable service fees, will be displayed clearly on the platform before confirmation.
Payments are made through our payment processor, Stripe. By using our platform, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms of service.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Once a shift is confirmed, all payments are final.
Cancellations maybe made within 24 hours of a shift being booked. Refunds or adjustments will be processed on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval.
Creative Temps reserves the right to change or modify the refund policy at any time.
7. Privacy Policy
Creative Temps collects personal data as necessary to provide our services. We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using Creative Temps, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
Creative Temps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
We do not guarantee the availability, security, or accuracy of the platform.
The maximum liability of Creative Temps is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the last 30 days prior to the event that caused the damage.
9. Amendments to Terms
Creative Temps reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a platform notification.
Continued use of the platform after such changes will constitute your acceptance to the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas /USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Texas / USA.
11. Termination
Creative Temps may suspend to terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
